Support Downloads

The Optima Support File Downloads page contains a number of files that you may need if you wish to re-install your Operating System or install a new Operating System. The latest drivers for each of the Optima notebook and desktop computers can be found here along with recommended BIOS updates and product documentation.

Enter the Optima Serial Number of your system and then click on GO. An Optima Serial Number is in the format "XXXXXXX-XXXX-XXX" e.g. 1032339-0304-001 If you have an Optima computer that was manufactured prior to June 2003, you may need to contact the Optima helpdesk for support.
